Our PPO Metlife TakeAlong Dental™ plan provides:
- 3 benefit coverage options, including Low, Medium, or High
- Access to thousands of participating dental offices throughout the U.S.
- Ability to choose any licensed dentist, both in and out of network, and still get benefits
Furthermore, in-network dental providers accept a negotiated fee. This is generally 15% to 45% less than the average fees in the same area. With our PPO dental plan, there is also no referrals necessary to receive specialty care.

2. HMO Dental Plan
Our HMO Metlife TakeAlong Dental™ plan is available to residents of California, New York, Texas, and Florida. It provides consistent coverage to clients who want a stable and cost-effective dental insurance solution.
Our HMO Metlife TakeAlong Dental™ plan provides:
- 2 benefit coverage options, including Low and High
- Access to a broad network of general and specialist dental providers at a lower cost
- Ability to pre-select an in-network dentist during enrollment
In addition, this HMO dental plan allows clients to enjoy no deductibles, no waiting periods, and no annual maximums. There are also no claim forms involved with this policy. Clients are able to have a screened and qualified dentist at a reduced price.
