Types of Insurance

Our Association group accident and disability insurance plans include:
- Long term disability insurance plan, which is available to Members who are up to the age of 60 and actively at work.
- Business overhead expense disability insurance plan, which is available to Members who are under the age of 60 and actively at work.
- Accidental death and dismemberment insurance plan, which is available to Members under the age of 65.

Insurance Options
Long Term Disability Insurance Plan
Available to Members up to age 60, who are actively at work.
- Disability insurance protection against injury and sickness
- Affordable group rates
- Coverage amounts up to $12,000 per month available to many Associations
- "Your Occupation" Definition of Disability included
- No offsets against other Disability coverage you own, Workers Compensation or Social Security
- 60, 90, and 180 day elimination periods available
- Maximum benefit to normal retirement age: 5 Years and 2 Years
Simplified Issue Long Term Disability
- Only 6 health question
- Monthly benefit up to $6,000 for those ages 44 and under
- Monthly benefit up to $3,000 for those ages 45-54
- 60, 90 or 180 day waiting period
- 5 year or through 65, maximum benefit duration periods
Business Overhead Expense Disability Insurance Plan
Available to Members under age 60, who are actively at work.
- Affordable group rates
- Designed for Members of Bar, Dental, and Medical Associations to help pay office overhead expenses during periods of disability
- Coverage up to $20,000 per month available based on your normal monthly business overhead expenses
- Covered expenses include: Rent, Utilities, Employees' Payroll, and any other normal monthly business expenses you incur in your practice
- 15 or 30 day elimination period
- 24 Month Maximum Benefit Duration
Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance Plan
Available to Members under age 65.
- "Guaranteed Issue" coverage - no medical underwriting required
- Affordable group rates
- Optional coverage amounts up to $500,000 available
